Dedicated sending infrastructure
Your sending infrastructure, without the inbox farm.
Replace hundreds of rented sending inboxes with dedicated infrastructure built for high-volume outbound.

Dedicated vs. shared
Your sending reputation should depend on your sending.
Traditional email setups often send through infrastructure and IP reputation you do not control. MailRig gives your operation dedicated sending infrastructure assigned to your account.
Google, Microsoft, and many email platforms send mail through infrastructure used by many customers. Your outbound operation does not control the IP layer underneath it.
Other senders can contribute to the reputation of the IP pool your mail depends on.
More sending volume usually means buying and managing more mailbox accounts.
You control the account and campaign, but not the sending infrastructure underneath them.
MailRig assigns dedicated sending infrastructure to your account so your outbound reputation and capacity can be managed independently.
Your assigned sending IPs are not shared with unrelated MailRig customers.
The reputation built on your sending infrastructure reflects your own sending behavior instead of an unrelated sender on the same IP.
Add sending identities and increase healthy capacity without renting another Google or Microsoft mailbox for every sender.
No Google or Microsoft mailbox fleet required.
Not shared with unrelated MailRig customers.
Infrastructure, domains, campaigns, and sending controls together.
Everything your sending layer needs.
Your assigned sending IPs are not shared with unrelated MailRig customers. The reputation built on those IPs comes from your own sending behavior.

Add sending identities and grow healthy sending capacity without opening another Google or Microsoft mailbox for every sender.
MailRig verifies SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and required DNS before a sending domain becomes active.
Scale volume, not your mailbox count.
With an inbox farm, every increase in volume means more mailbox accounts to purchase and maintain. MailRig separates sending capacity from mailbox count.
Domains you control.
Use your own sending domains without tying them to rented mailbox accounts.
MailRig works with domains you control instead of platform-owned sending identities.
Your primary company domain stays outside cold outreach.
Required DNS and authentication are verified before sending starts.

Your new infrastructure comes online before you move volume.
Keep your current sending setup live while MailRig prepares and ramps the new infrastructure.

Frequently
asked questions:
It replaces the inboxes you use specifically for outbound sending. You can still use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for your normal company email; you no longer need to create fleets of those inboxes just to run MailRig campaigns.
Yes. You bring the outreach domains you want to use. MailRig does not charge you for or lock you into platform-owned sending domains.
MailRig is designed to keep cold outreach separate from your primary brand domain. Your main company domain should stay out of prospecting infrastructure.
MailRig is designed specifically to prevent unrelated customers from sharing prospect-facing reputation assets. Sending identities and dedicated infrastructure are isolated so another customer’s campaign does not simply ride on your IP reputation.
Not at full volume. Sending access is subject to business and campaign approval, and new sending infrastructure needs to build reputation before volume increases. MailRig increases capacity based on sending health rather than unlocking a fixed amount on a specific day.
