Your company's cold email, on its own dedicated IP.

Send 300,000 emails a month for your own company from a dedicated IP, not a few hundred rented inboxes. Your main domain stays out of cold outreach. $299 a month.

Everything your outbound runs on.

One system instead of a sequencer, a warmup tool and a few hundred inboxes.

A dedicated IP

One IP assigned to your company. No other MailRig customer sends from it.

How it works →
The sequencer, included

Multi-step sequences and follow-ups that stop the moment someone replies.

How it works →
Health watched for you

Bounces, complaints and provider responses tracked, and sending slowed before a problem spreads.

How it works →
Your whole list

Contacts, campaigns and teammates are unlimited. Only sends are metered.

One reply inbox

Every answer lands in one place, with the contact's history attached.

Set up with you

1:1 onboarding with the people who run the infrastructure, then private support.

Your company domain stays out of it.

Cold outreach goes out from domains set up for it, so the one your customers know keeps sending invoices, support and replies untouched.

Separate outreach domains

Campaigns send from domains you set up for prospecting, never from the one your customers know.

Checked before it sends

Every outreach domain is authenticated before its first campaign goes out.

Slowed before it spreads

If bounces or complaints climb, that traffic is paced down while the cause is found.

What you bring, and what we do.

Everything you need before your first send, and everything you never have to touch.

You bring
Your offer and your list

MailRig never finds leads. You upload the people you want to reach.

1 domain per 1,000 emails sent per day

Bring domains for the volume you actually send. Sending 5,000 emails per day takes 5 domains. Buy them from any registrar.

Access to your DNS

We show you the records to add, then check them for you. No mail-server knowledge needed.

A real company

Every sender is approved before it can send. That is what keeps the network clean for you.

MailRig
The IP and the mail server

Provisioned for your account and run by us.

Authentication

SPF, DKIM and DMARC verified on every domain before it sends.

The ramp

Volume rises when the signals support it, not when a date passes.

Pacing per provider

Google, Microsoft and Yahoo each get their own pace, so one slowing down doesn't stop the rest.

Single Brand: 300,000 emails a month, up to 13,700 emails per day, 1 dedicated IP. At the monthly cap sending stops until it resets, with no surprise bill. More volume: 250,000 sends for $299.

Questions founders ask before switching

Your main domain is not used. Campaigns send from separate outreach domains, and MailRig is set up to keep your primary domain out of prospecting entirely, so it keeps doing its real job: invoices, support and replies to customers.

1 domain per 1,000 emails sent per day, based on the volume you actually send. Sending 5,000 emails per day takes 5 domains, and you add more as you grow. You bring them; MailRig does not sell domains.

Volume ramps up over your first weeks and rises as bounces, complaints and provider responses hold up. Once the ramp is complete, the full 300,000 emails a month is yours.

No. Moving gradually is usually the safer approach. New infrastructure has to earn sending capacity, so there is no reason to shut down a working setup before MailRig is ready to take over its traffic.

Sending stops when the plan allowance is exhausted. MailRig does not silently keep sending and surprise you with an overage bill.
