Agencies

Run every client's outbound from one rig.

Stop buying a new batch of inboxes every time you sign a client. One Agency plan carries every brand you manage, each with its own domains, campaigns and reporting.

One account. Every client kept apart.

Your clients share the sending volume you pay for once. Their domains, campaigns and reporting stay with them.

Everything the roster runs on.

One system for every client, instead of one stack per client.

A brand per client

Each client gets its own sending domains, campaigns and contacts inside your account.

How it works →
Sequences per brand

Build a client's campaign once. Follow-ups run, and stop on a reply, by themselves.

How it works →
Replies sorted by client

Every answer arrives in one inbox, attached to the brand it came from.

Reporting per client

Sends, replies and campaign activity for one brand. Clients can log in and see their own.

Your whole team, no seats

Add account managers and SDRs without paying for a login each.

Setup done with you

We onboard your first brands with you instead of handing over a guide.

One client's bad week stays theirs.

A roster is only as safe as its weakest campaign. MailRig contains a problem at the brand that caused it.

Checked before it sends

A new brand's domains are authenticated before its first campaign goes out.

Watched on its own

Sending health is tracked per brand, not averaged across the roster.

Slowed on its own

If one client's campaign starts drawing complaints, that traffic is paced down. The others keep sending.

Clients in MailRig, each with its own sending, replies and hard bounces

Signing a client is setup, not a shopping list.

No inboxes to order, no warmup tool to add, no new subscription. The next brand runs on the plan you already have.

What you bring, and what we do.

What each new client needs before its first send, and what your team never has to touch.

You bring
Each client's offer and list

MailRig never finds leads. Every brand sends to the people you upload for it.

Domains for every client

Each brand sends from its own outreach domains: 1 domain per 1,000 emails sent per day by that brand, with a minimum of 2 domains per brand.

Approval for each brand

Your agency being approved does not approve your clients. Each brand is verified before it can send.

DNS access per domain

We show you or your client the records to add, then check them.

MailRig
3 dedicated IPs

Assigned to your agency and not shared with other MailRig customers.

Caps per client

Decide how much of the 500,000 each brand can use, and see how much the whole roster has used this month.

Health per brand

Bounces and complaints are watched brand by brand, so a problem is slowed where it starts.

The ramp

A new brand's volume rises when its signals support it, not when a date passes.

Agency: 500,000 emails a month shared across every brand, up to 22,800 emails per day, 3 dedicated IPs. At the monthly cap sending stops until it resets, with no surprise bill. More volume: 250,000 sends for $299.

Questions agencies ask before moving a roster

No. The Agency plan is priced on sending volume, not on how many brands you carry. It covers up to 500,000 emails a month across every client on the account.

Yes. A client can log in and see their own brand's campaigns, replies and reporting. Each brand sends from its own domains, and its data stays attached to that brand rather than pooling with your other clients.

Sending health is watched per brand, so a problem can be slowed or paused at the client causing it instead of spreading across the roster.

Yes.

An agency being approved does not automatically approve every company the agency wants to promote. Each brand must be verified separately before it can send.

Yes. Per-brand controls let an agency decide how much of its shared sending capacity each brand is allowed to use.
